What does the role involve?
Joining a driven and passionate Direct Sales team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts across the UK. Your mission? Build long-term, trusted relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving growth for Novuna Business Finance. Ideally, you'll be based in the Midlands, enabling regular customer interaction and team collaboration.
Some of your key duties will include:

Managing deal origination and execution for both new and existing Novuna customers

Developing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders

Conducting full assessments of customer proposals and producing detailed, high-quality reports

Executing a proactive customer contact strategy and carrying out regular account reviews

Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets
What are we looking for?
You're a natural networker with a strong presence on professional social platforms. You thrive on building meaningful client relationships and have a sharp eye for identifying new business opportunities. Detail-oriented and results-driven, you're equally confident working independently or as part of a high-performing sales team.

Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal

A proactive, self-starting attitude and collaborative mindset

Solid knowledge of Asset Finance and the ability to interpret financial accounts

Innovative thinking and curiosity about new routes to market and emerging sectors
