Beyond your degree, you’ll flourish in an ever-evolving environment where you will be unfazed by ambiguity and have a talent for spotting opportunities to make things better.

You’ll masterfully navigate relationships using your undisputed communication skills, think creatively, be adaptable and last but certainly not least, have a passion for learning.

You will need a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university

Our graduate schemes are rotational, and you will spend time in different teams during the 2-year programme. During your programme, you will spend time in the office and work from home.

We want you to be successful, so our application process is designed to allow all candidates to excel.

Step1 – Application and Online Assessment

Application

Check out our Graduate opportunities and decide what's right for you.

Once you've chosen, click APPLY. You will be asked to register and provide us with some details about you. We won't ask you for your CV as we're looking to get to know you and how you share our values.

Online Assessment

Once you've completed your application, you will be taken through to an online assessment. This will take you around 90 minutes (if you finish in more/less time, don't worry!). You will need a pen, paper and calculator ready, and we recommend you find somewhere free from distractions.

You will have 7 days to complete the online tests. Your application cannot be considered until the online tests are submitted.

Step2 – Video Interview

If you're advised that you've passed the online tests. You will be invited to complete a video interview where you can showcase your potential. The video interview is a series of set pre-recorded questions. We recommend finding a quiet spot, free from distractions.

Step3 – Assessment Centre

Once you have successfully passed the video interview stage, you will be invited to attend one of our virtual assessment centres.

This is the final stage of the application process.

This is where you will have the opportunity to learn more about Novuna, our Values and meet (virtually!) some of our colleagues who can answer your questions and tell you about their journey at Novuna.

The Virtual Assessment Centre will include individual and group activities as well as a 121 interview.

There will be numerous candidates and assessors in attendance, and the session will be held over MS Teams.

Your invite will ask you to book onto one of the sessions and complete a strengths-based questionnaire, which will form part of your 121 interview. After the Assessment Centre, you will receive your full report.

If you have any questions, please contact the Early Careers team at yourfuture@novuna.co.uk
